Earn $150 immediately for any referral that completes an interview with one of our clients, regardless of if they get the job!

Earn $1000 for referring a colleague who is hired by one of our clients and completes 90-days on the job.

Earn $1000 for providing name and contact info for any new job openings that are filled by Benchmark IT. Applies to a 90-day + contract, 90-day + contract-to-hire, or full-time placements.

Your Referral earns $500 once they have completed 90-days in their new position.
- The payment will be made via an Accounts Payable check, not payroll. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.

Candidate referrals must not have any documented contact with Benchmark IT within 6 months prior to the referral. They cannot be an active consultant already on the Benchmark IT payroll, or have been submitted to or interviewed by a Benchmark IT client within the last 6 months

Candidate referrals must not be client employees.

Payout terms: The assignment must be more than 90 days or a direct hire position. Referral payout is earned after 90 days of billing (or 90 days after the direct hire start date), and payment will be processed by the end of the month following when the referral is earned. For example, if the consultant’s start date is 3/1/2022, the referral bonus is earned on 6/1/2022 and paid out the last week of July 2022. You will be required to complete a W9 for payment processing. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.
